How to Play

Steer with the arrow keys, WASD, a swipe, or the on-screen arrow buttons on mobile — the snake keeps moving on its own, so you're just choosing its next turn. You get a brief grace period to get your bearings before it starts moving. Eat the glowing orange orb to grow a segment and add to your score; the snake speeds up slightly every time you eat. You can't reverse directly into your own body, and running into a wall or your own tail ends the run.

Tips

• Plan your route a few turns ahead, not just toward the nearest orb — the snake keeps moving, so a tight turn near your own tail can trap you.
• Use the grace period at the start of a run to get oriented before committing to a direction — don't turn on reflex before you've read the board.
• The snake speeds up with every orb eaten — leave extra margin around your own tail as you grow, since your safe turning radius keeps shrinking.
• Orbs spawn anywhere on the grid, including behind your own body — if one appears somewhere you can't safely reach yet, circle the open side of the arena rather than forcing a turn into your own tail.
