Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-11

The short version

Play anything you like, for free, without an account. Don't post anything you wouldn't want a child to read, because children play here. Don't copy the games and put them on another site. If something on Elipar is wrong, tell us and we will fix it — there is a named person and a real deadline for that further down this page. The rest of this page spells all of that out properly.

Who runs Elipar

Elipar Games is run by one person, not a company. Every game on the site was built here and is served from here. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree with them, please don't use it.

Using the site

There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay, and no account to create. Your scores, favourites and recently played list live in your own browser, so clearing your browser data clears them and we cannot restore them for you.

There is no minimum age to play a game. If you are under 18, check with a parent or guardian before posting a comment or a leaderboard nickname, because those are public and permanent — see the next two sections.

Please don't try to break the site: no scraping it at a rate that affects other players, no attempt to get into parts of it that aren't public, no uploading anything designed to interfere with how it runs, and no using it to break any law that applies to you.

What you must not post

Comments and leaderboard nicknames are the only places you can publish anything here, and they are public. You must not post anything that:

  • belongs to someone else and isn't yours to share;
  • is obscene, sexually explicit, paedophilic, or invasive of anyone's privacy;
  • is harmful to children in any way — this site has a Kids category and children genuinely use it;
  • is abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or attacks someone on the basis of who they are;
  • infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property;
  • impersonates another person, or misleads anyone about who you are or where a message came from;
  • is knowingly false and posted to mislead, or is a scam, a phishing attempt, or an advertisement;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other states, or public order, or encourages any offence;
  • contains a virus or any other code meant to damage or disrupt a computer; or
  • breaks any law that applies to you.

We can remove anything that breaks these rules, without notice. We may also block access to the site from an address being used to post that kind of content.

Comments and leaderboards

A comment is capped at 500 characters and a leaderboard nickname at 20. A word filter masks common profanity and strips links before a comment is stored, and again when it is displayed, but it is a first line of defence and not a guarantee — it is not a human reading every post.

Once posted, you cannot edit or delete a comment yourself, so please think before you post and don't put your real name, your email, your phone number or anything else private into one. If you want something of yours taken down, email us and say what it was and roughly when you posted it, and we will remove it.

Leaderboard scores are not verified. There is no server-side check that a score was really earned, so treat the boards as a bit of fun rather than a record of anything.

The games, and anything you post

Every game here — its code, art and sound — was made for this site and belongs to us, as does the rest of the site. Play them as much as you like, link to them, and tell people about them. Please don't copy a game and host it somewhere else, embed it on another site, or pass it off as your own. If you would like to use one somewhere, just ask.

Anything you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display, store and remove it on this site — nothing more. We will not sell it or use it to advertise anything.

Ads and affiliate links

The site carries advertising and a small panel of Amazon Associates affiliate links, which is what keeps it free. We don't choose the individual ads, and we are not paid to recommend any particular product. How cookies work for both is covered in the Privacy Policy.

What we don't promise

Elipar is free and is provided as it is. We work hard to keep the games working and to fix what breaks, but we can't promise the site will always be available, that every game will work on every device and browser, or that nothing will ever go wrong. We are not responsible for any loss that follows from using the site, beyond what the law says cannot be excluded. Nothing here affects any consumer rights you have that cannot be signed away.

Complaints and our Grievance Officer

If anything on Elipar is wrong — content that breaks the rules above, something about your own data, a game that will not work, or anything else — you can complain and we have to answer. This is required of us under Rule 3(2) of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Grievance Officer: Neeraj Kotwani

Elipar Games · India

Please include what the problem is, where on the site you found it (a link helps), and how we can reach you. You do not need an account and there is no charge.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If the complaint is from you, or on your behalf, about content that shows you nude or in a sexual act, exposes your private area, or impersonates you — including an image that has been edited to look like you — we will remove it within 24 hours.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will deal with any dispute about them.

Changes

These terms may change as the site does, and the date at the top shows when they last did. If we make a change that materially affects what you can do here or what you are agreeing to, we will say so on the site rather than treat carrying on using it as agreement to it.

Contact

For anything at all — a complaint, a question, a bug, or a request about your data — email elipargames@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy covers what we do with data, and Staying Safe covers scams and what Elipar will never ask you for.

Cookies help us measure how the site is used and, later, show relevant ads. Games work either way. See our Privacy Policy.
